We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently manage office operations and provide high-level administrative support to executives.
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Oversee office operations, including maintaining supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing as needed
- Assist with financial tasks such as expense reports and budget tracking
- Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated team management and supervisory skills
- Proficient in clerical duties and phone etiquette
